You meet him at the end of sequence 4 as part of the story line. It's something you buy from him. I read somewhere that you need to have done some of his war machine memories before you can buy the skills - but I was able to buy all three abilities straight away.
As for the towers, I don't recall having to need the jump-grab to make it up them. I have 7 or 8 towers at the moment, still 4 to go. Sometimes I found he wouldn't climb some diagonal bits first off. Reply Share this post. Hi, The outer Borgia Towers become accessible as you progress later into the main story. If I remember, the towers to the north-east are unlocked in Sequence 6.
And the tower in south-east Antico is available Sequence 7. Not sure which Sequence you're currently on.
