If you decide to take less than the amount you signed up for you will simply not take those subject tests on the day of the exam. The only exception to these arrangements in the Language Test with Listening.
You cannot add the Language Test with Listening on the day of the exam because this test requires special equipment in order to complete it. You can not only reschedule your SAT exam you can change almost anything on the original registration, but there are a few exceptions.
