Who owns dvdnow

I really thought I found my dream. Thanks you all! I own few gas stations in East LA. I have been trying to contact Redbox franchise to get DVD kiosks for my business. I am assuming they are too going out of business. If they give a chance to small business owners like us, they might hold on to their business for longer. It is a win-win situation for both of us. The 99 cent stores are selling DVDs that came out years ago for.. Dollar tree, family dollar, National wholesale liquidators, and other bargain bin oriented spots are too.

You can rent them at your local library for free.. Too many people streaming movies and music these days. Does anyone know of an alternative software company that you can set up and run the machines through?? I found focusintense and someone told me cereson, but I have emailed both and not received a response. We could make these profitable if someone comes up with a cheaper software.

These machines are not as popular as they once were and they are squeezing as much as they can now. They worked great for about a year. I called him the next day and asked him if he were serious. I told him I was going to drive up to Vancouver and beat his ass. And about a month later I did. So a scam? To say the least. And then there is a company called Cereson out of China.

Scam—stay away! I have to add to this list. We bought 3 machines and its been nothing but challenges. For sale 25 x S machines for sale. Pick up in Donegal Pa after May 15th. Make me a offer now and i will be pulling them out of locations the first 2 weeks of may.

All movies have been sold already. Send me a bid and I will send you a answer. Has anyone solved the software problem that makes these machines any better than a boat anchor? I have an application for the machines into a specialty market but I understand the software is the problem. Although the agreements that major Hollywood studios have in place with major players in the entertainment distribution industry mean that those companies may eventually have access to more copies and better pricing on movies, it also means that most independently owned operators have a day competitive edge.

I am concerned about my customer. The fact that the major movie houses don't see independent DVD kiosk owners as a threat, meaning there are no deals making them wait to release new movies, is a major advantage over the big names like redbox, said Lee Holman, lead retail analyst at IHL Group. Wagner, who also owns her own marketing and design business, sells advertising on the kiosks in three different formats: side-panel print ads, jewel case insert print ads and video commercials that play between trailers on the inch flat screen on top of the kiosks.

About 60 percent of her revenue comes from selling advertising. Can you advertise on a redbox kiosk? That branding success has inspired stores in her area to partner with her to operate kiosks under the Pik ur Flik brand; discussions to close those deals are underway. That being said, plenty of good opportunities still exist for the smaller independent operators, he said. A new operator must also deliver more convenience or general value to the average customer in order for their kiosks to be in demand, Samimi said.
